This role involves financial and strategic planning for bank and credit products, supporting KOHO’s Banking journey, strategic projects, and capital raise initiatives to shape KOHO’s future, including direct project initiatives accelerating the launch of KOHO Bank.

Lead the strategy realization function of the Enterprise Strategy department including organizational performance, operations excellence, and enterprise initiative / project management. In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and various cross-functional departments to successfully implement key initiatives that drive realization of the enterprise strategy.

We are seeking a high-impact Head of Projects & Strategic Partnerships to work directly with the SVP EMEA GM and the leadership team. This unique, hybrid role is designed for a strategic thinker who can drive execution, streamline cross-functional projects, and cultivate key external relationships. You’ll wear multiple hats—serving as a thought partner to leadership, ensuring alignment across departments, overseeing high-priority initiatives, and identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.

This role supports strategic projects that increase efficiency, cost savings, and/or greater transparency in the supply chain while driving process improvements. The Social Impact Strategy and Standards Manager is a crucial internal resource on labor and social impact in agriculture and manufacturing, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of sustainability. Operationalizing sustainability initiatives and best practices both within the organization and with external suppliers and partners.
