Support management of assets by turning strategic plans into actionable market-level moves, coordinating with global teams to ensure alignment with local needs. Lead cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Local Operations, especially in peak season or during market launches. Partner with Finance and Ops teams to support annual planning, budget forecasting, and ensure optimal allocation across European and ME markets.

Support the government contracts and partnership team, managing directors, development leads, and national leadership team members across the country in crucial government research and engagement strategies to cultivate relationships with key state and local workforce agencies, and elected and appointed officials. Serve as core point of insight and intelligence in engaging with key players in workforce and government ecosystems across our Campuses.

This role combines both strategy and implementation, managing research and analysis, shepherding strategy development, participating in meetings with experts and partners, developing and managing work plans, workflows, and budgets, and ensuring efforts are implemented for results. GDI managers exercise a high degree of autonomy and initiative, taking on significant responsibility while working closely with Directors.

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for shaping the strategy and planning for the organization. Your focus will be to drive market development (de novo and inorganic) strategy and project management and establish quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure short, medium and long-term goals are met. This position will also serve as an internal consultant, leading strategic cross-functional projects.

Drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team (CNT). Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new service areas to support Lyra’s growing member base. Conduct complex data analysis to understand context and generate organizational insights. Communicate findings and recommended solutions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners and own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects.

Identify and synthesize the strategic opportunities for the company, leading the scoping and research of longer term GTM priorities. Translate insights into action, driving implementation, and own strategic initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and data to get them over the line.

Provide pivotal strategic leadership and project management for cross-functional initiatives, shaping the future of all modalities within the organization. Spearhead the development of robust business cases that inform critical strategic and investment decisions, directly influencing the long-term objectives of the Process, Operations, and Technology Leadership Team (PO&T LT). This role is central to advancing new modality propositions and ensuring the financial and operational efficiency of our manufacturing network.

Working in the Office of the CEO, the Strategy Analyst will support high-priority transformation initiatives, aiding Aledade’s performance and growth. This role focuses on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, supporting projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations. The team member will partner with internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams, contributing to Aledade’s strategic efforts.
