The Director of Location Strategy and Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment and operational execution of location-based initiatives across the organization, ensuring that locations align with the company’s global workforce and business strategies, driving operational excellence, efficient execution, and continuous improvement in location planning, performance, and evaluation.

The Southeastern Regional Policy Manager will lead the work of CATF’s U.S. State Policy Program in the Southeastern United States to advance a range of emission-reduction strategies at the regional and state levels; this involves working collaboratively with members of the U.S. State Policy Program and other CATF programs to deepen CATF’s engagement with policymakers and stakeholders.

The Strategy Lead on the Community Impact team is responsible for supervising a team of System Improvement Advisors and providing support to them as they work with communities. This position is responsible for leading The Collaborative work and for driving forward multiple strategy and design initiatives. This is a 2-year grant funded position with potential for renewal.

As the Director, Operations Strategy & Insights, you will work across the Operations function to track and understand business performance, develop insights, and execute large scale initiatives impacting our end-to-end service delivery. You will partner with leaders across Clinical Operations, Customer Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Customer Success to lead major business transformation initiatives.

The Strategy Associate will support high-priority transformation initiatives, aiding in Aledade’s performance and growth, initially focusing on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, supporting projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations, partnering with internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.
